I own a suppressor I would like transferred to a trust.
Yes. This is an NFA transfer rather than a new sale, so there's no product consultation — just the Form 4 paperwork for the item changing hands. The ATF wait is the same as any other NFA transfer.
Can I buy a suppressor from an online or out-of-state dealer and have it shipped to you?
Yes — we accept incoming NFA transfers. The dealer ships the item to us, we log it into our bound book, and you book an appointment to start your Form 4 from there. The wait period is identical to a suppressor purchased directly through us; where you bought it doesn't speed anything up.
What's the difference between a Title I transfer and an NFA transfer?
A Title I transfer is a standard firearm — not suppressor-regulated — changing hands through a normal 4473/NICS check. An NFA transfer involves a suppressor, SBR, or other Title II item and always requires ATF Form 4 approval before you take possession. That approval wait is the part that takes weeks, not the paperwork itself.
