General

Why appointment-only?

So a responsible person is always present and every visit gets full attention. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is handled by a clerk who isn't equipped to walk you through the process — it's the same reason the whole experience feels calmer than a typical retail counter.

The NFA process

How long does a suppressor actually take?

It depends on how you file — trusts, individuals, and corporations all move at different speeds right now. See the current wait-time breakdown on our How It Works page, and we'll confirm the exact range for your filing type at your consultation.

Should I use an individual or a trust?

There's no universal right answer — it depends on whether you want to share use of the item and how you're thinking about estate planning. We'll walk through both at your appointment. If you already have a trust, we'll work with it; if not, we'll talk through whether it actually adds value for you.

Do I need to get my own fingerprints and photos done somewhere else?

No — we handle both on site during your appointment. No separate trip to a police station or photo shop needed.

What's the difference between a Title I transfer and an NFA transfer?

A Title I transfer is a standard firearm — not suppressor-regulated — changing hands through a normal 4473/NICS check. An NFA transfer involves a suppressor, SBR, or other Title II item and always requires ATF Form 4 approval before you take possession. That approval wait is the part that takes weeks, not the paperwork itself.

Transfers & pricing

I own a suppressor I would like transferred to a trust.

Yes. This is an NFA transfer rather than a new sale, so there's no product consultation — just the Form 4 paperwork for the item changing hands. The ATF wait is the same as any other NFA transfer.

Can I buy a suppressor from an online or out-of-state dealer and have it shipped to you?

Yes — we accept incoming NFA transfers. The dealer ships the item to us, we log it into our bound book, and you book an appointment to start your Form 4 from there. The wait period is identical to a suppressor purchased directly through us; where you bought it doesn't speed anything up.

Does it cost the same to buy a suppressor through you as it does to have one shipped in from elsewhere?

Not exactly. When you buy a suppressor through us, there's no separate service fee — it's built into the price of the item. An incoming transfer for something you already bought elsewhere is a flat fee instead, since there's no sourcing or consultation involved on our end. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.
